Aron’s fish plate – cured, fried, smoked & pickled served with chrein
Hortobágyi pancakes – filled with chicken “goulash” served with a sour cream & paprika sauce
DELI SANDWICH: House Pastrami with mustard on rye served with pickles, potato salad & slaw
Lambs liver with lecsó – stewed paprika, tomatoes & onions
Sólet with confit spare ribs and goose breast
Töltött paprika – Hungarian peppers stuffed with minced veal & rice and served with a tomato & mint sauce
NYC baked cheese cake
Curd cheese pie
Vegetarian meze – 8 assorted Sephardic dishes from the Med to the Middle East. (8 small dishes) (+ a dessert from the list above)
